Hi there,
I'm lucky man, my new L3-3 is NOS, sealed, newer used before :))
Complete Card set, tools, cables and accessories (excluding one broken 6P1P)
First I was re-forming elyt capacitors carefully.
Then Calibration and few tests of tubes in addition.
Thank you very much for sharing valuable informations, manuals, pictures, experience and know-how.

Sincerely

Hi All,

I also just acquired a L3-3 Dated 1972
Have several hickok tube testers but this one test the tube in a actual working environment
and the grid signal is 1600 cps not 60 cps
witch I think is a more in-depth test.
Also the leakage test is very sensitive.
And it test the plate current
It seems to be different on the inside from all the pics you posted.
I think yours is newer.
What are the differences between the two.
